What is network or attraction marketing? How does it work? How can your business benefit from the strategies and tactics?
You have to be willing to:--Work smart and not hard--Learn about marketing--Make changes in the strategies you are using right now--Travel down a different road--Not chase after genealogy leads, make 200 calls a day or hand out sizzle cards.
If you are not making enough money for the time, energy and effort you have spent on other methods, stop what you are doing and try magnetic or attraction sponsoring. You need to start studying the market and look into direct response marketing. It is better to have people call you--it is much easier and much more rewarding.
Some great authors on these subjects are: Perry Marshall and Dan Kennedy. Look for experts and read their bios and what they have done. Be able to learn something from what they have to say.
If your goal is to have 5-10 network marketers call for one reason or another, don't you think you could build a big business by talking with those 5-10 people? Notice I said, them calling you!
People will try different activities to start in Attraction or Network marketing and have their own reasons for doing them. It might be that their money is tight so advertising is not an option. They try using Google AdWords but they don't know what they are doing-people write ads but have no idea how to write. Advertising is the key only IF you do it right.
Attraction or Magnetic Marketing is: attracting your target market to you--network marketers who are looking to grow their business--people who are looking for a leader to follow and learn the skills they have to teach.
Your strategy should not be selling your business or selling your opportunity. People don't make money because they join the opportunity as a result of its cool product. People make money by learning how to build their business, how to build a pipeline, through mentorship, and teacing strategies and tactics. They have to learn how to monetize leads.
Attraction or Magnetic Marketing is finding out what the business is all about. It has nothing to do with selling the company/business or being a successful distributor-anyone can have a company with a successful product or they can become a successful distributor. It is not about product. It is all about people. Products are an excuse to train people, teach leadership, and build a distribution organization. It is important to have a good product but it is more than your company or product that they are going to be attracted to.
Sell yourself to people first! That is what is important!
People will join you because they:
1) found a mentor or leader to teach them to be successful. 2) found or have been shown a marketing system or opportunity that they can see themselves being successful with.
Yes, it really is that simple!
The three important rules of Attraction or Network Marketing: Sell Yourself, Market the System and then Market the company.
People love to buy things if they think it is their idea. Don't chase them-it makes them run in the other direction! Provide them with the correct tidbits, marketing pieces. Tease them, entice them. Let them think that it is their idea to work with you and then you can sponsor them.
You have to ask yourself "What are you bringing to the table for that particular prospect?" If three people with the same tremendous company with the same tremendous opportunity and product present their presentation to someone, which person do you think is going to get the business? It depends on how you present it but it would be the person who followed the above three rules.
How do you become that person? The only people who make money are leaders. Leaders have educated themselves about the industry they have become involved in and have acquired the necessary skill sets. Leaders aren't born they are made. Leaders have a genuine interest in people and a desire to help people succeed.
You can break out as that leader. You can separate yourself and put yourself out ahead of the crowd and be someone that people want to seek out.
You need to increase your value to other people. Why do people want to work with you?Educate yourself. Put your money, time and energy into learning skills other people don't want to learn. Read books or articles on Marketing, Copyrighting, Advertising. You have to become attractive in other people's eyes.
Buying books and reading/educating yourself does not take a lot of money. There is so much to gain by reading. The knowledge gained by reading alone is valuable and adding value to yourself with every book you read. You are going to go through personal growth with every book added to your library.

You will start to get the feel for Attraction or Magnetic sponsoring the more you learn about it. It does not happen overnight. With funded proposals you can earn income at the same time. You have financial freedom all the while still working on building your business. You will then have the time-do what you want when you want!
